Known to play with 8 in the least so don't be misled by this picture. A team of players who usually arrive late and stay even later, Hockey Village People is another team born out of the Tornados Hockey Club. Playing in Maroon as their first jersey colours and Orange as their second, these blokes hardly ever say no to a beer or a hockey game. In both cases the more the merrier. With players mostly from Commonwealth countries, such as Australia, England and now recently Guernsey Hockey Village People are actually cultured unlike their village tagging, no disrespect meant to all readers of this blog who live in villages. Currently top of the league, probbaly a good early shout for the title. Stephen Whitton is the head honcho at the mo!
